January and February are monthly rentals.

Rental Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is at 3:p.m. and checkout is 10:a.m.
NON SMOKING UNIT VILLAS

Payments for the condo rentals are as follows:
A deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee is due when the reservation is made. This will secure your reservation.
The balance will be due on increments based on the time it was reserved and the scheduled rental week.
Monthly Rentals are due the first of the month.

The deposit is refunded only if the reservation is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the rental period (less $50 processing fee). If the reservation is cancelled within the 4 week period and I am able to rent your week, I will return your deposit (less $50 processing fee).
There are not any refunds for weather related conditions.
A security deposit of $75 is required when the final payment is sent. The security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys and an inspection of the unit by my cleaning lady.

Keys and Gate passes are sent to you via mail.
Resort policy states that only 2 gate passes for 2 cars per rental are allowed.

The resort does not allow pets on the premise.
The resort policy dictates that you must be 23 years of age to rent a condo.
