Serenity Falls guesthouse is available as a whole house rental -- weekend, weekday, or weekly. The group would have the use of the entire house.
Our mountain
home can accommodate 10 people.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, TV/Sleeping room and a queen
size sofa bed in the Great Room. Bed and kitchen linens are
furnished. You must bring your own bath towels.

DEPOSIT
POLICY
25%
of the rental will guarantee your reservation with the balance due two weeks
before arrival. A security
deposit is required with your final payment. The deposit would be half the
rental fee. The security deposit will be returned as soon as possible
after the house has been inspected by our local management team. A confirmation letter will be sent to you confirming your
reservations and will show the final payment date.
Should you find it necessary to cancel, your deposit will be refunded if we
receive notice at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date minus a $50
processing fee.
No
refund once the balance has been received. Only refund would be the security
deposit, not rental fee
No refunds at all due to weather conditions
Cleaning is included with the rental fee. The Mountain Home is to be left the way you
found it minus cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and linens. If excessive cleaning is needed,
a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Excessive
cleaning will be determined by the local management team.
